Uzumba Maramba Pfungwe Zvataida Rural District Council was formed in 1982 according to the RDC Act (Chapter 29:13). Ump Zvataida RDC has dedicated to delivering quality services to its customers but understands that this cannot always be done in isolation. Throughout the strategic planning process District Councillors and management considered the unique nature of UMP which is wholly communal.
